Summary: Seeking a SolidWorks Detail/Modeler with strong experience in CAD design and knowledge of medical device design.

Job Requirements:

• Solid experience in SolidWorks

• Recent experience with Windchill

• Experience working in a regulated environment

• Medical Device industry experience

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the application of general design and drafting of machine and product components

• Proficiency in CAD Modeling, including design tables, surfacing, and complex assemblies using Solidworks CAD software

• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

• Experience performing design analyses such as FEA and written calculations

Job Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally to improve print and BOM structures in WNC

• Create and work from engineering drawings

• Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient manufacturability of parts

• Create manufacturing drawings per ASME Y14.5 standards.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
